A clear approval path helps a cookware project move from idea to a repeatable product. The exact steps and timing are set by the approved scope.
- Brief: share the cookware type, material, dimensions, market, quantity and target date.
- Route and quotation: assess private label or custom tooling and agree the commercial terms.
- Sampling: receive a free sample within 2 weeks after the brief is confirmed; the buyer pays shipping. Review the product and record any revisions.
- Approval: confirm the final specification, branding, packaging and production plan.
- Production and delivery: allow 40–60 days after deposit and sample approval, excluding shipping; coordinate the order against the agreed milestones and shipping terms.
Keep drawings, approved samples and change records together so reorders refer to the same specification.
