Our quality workflow has three checkpoints: incoming material inspection, in-process inspection and pre-shipment inspection.
Incoming materials are checked against the agreed specification before production. During production, the team reviews dimensions, surface finish and assembly points. Before dispatch, the finished goods and packing details are checked against the approved order. The inspection plan should name the accepted sample, tolerances and buyer-specific requirements.
