Shipping Issues
How long will it take to receive my order?
We will process your order and arrange shipment within 2-3 business days. After we ship, you will receive a notification from us about the shipment details via email.
How do I change my delivery address/delivery time?
The customer will be notified by email one day before the shipment. You can modify the delivery date, time or address.

Uncontrollable circumstances (Force majeure)
Notwithstanding any provision in these Terms of Service, we are not responsible for our inability to fulfill our commitments or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure factors).
