Return Policy

Items must be returned within 60 days of order date
Items must be returned unused, in good condition, with all original tags intact. We do not accept returns of items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
Items must be unused and in good condition to be eligible for return or exchange
Items must be accompanied by the original product packaging
Original shipping charges are not refundable
Please email us at info@dscff.com with details of your tracking number, pictures of the item/package received, and a description of the problem. Your request will be processed and confirmed via email within business days, usually within 48 hours.

Exchanges and Processing

Items must be exchanged within 60 days of order date
Once we receive the exchanged item, the exchange will be processed within 2-3 business days
Original shipping charges are not refundable
Only one exchange can be made per order
